Returns and refunds

WHIFIN pouches are placed inside shoes, so for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or give refunds on opened or used products.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email whifin.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or unboxing video. Once we verify it, we will send you a free replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellations
